This week I need to keep on track with my eating as I have a weigh in on Friday afternoon.
No eating cakes or loads of bread.
No snacking late at night.
No eating just because I'm bored or fed up.
Eating three proper meals each day.
Eating vegetables and salad with two of my meals.
Eating sensible portions.
No leaving ages between meals so that I get a sugar craving.
Eating properly and healthily with sensible portions and at sensible times.
